SHIPPING & RETURNS

Delivery times

Normal delivery times:
North Island - expected delivery is within 2 to 3 business days.
South Island - expect delivery is within 2 to 4 business days.
Rural delivery takes a little longer - expect delivery within 3 to 6 business days.

All parcels are sent via tracked courier using New Zealand Post. You will receive confirmation of your order with a tracking number. If there are any delays, please contact us at hello@poetbotanicals.co.nz and we'll follow it up for you.

International Shipping

At this time we ship within New Zealand and to Australia. We are currently reviewing our international shipping and plan to ship internationally soon including the United States.

Returns Policy

We have a 30 day return policy meaning you must contact us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or full credit. Returning a product will be at the cost of the purchaser.
