SHIPPING & RETURNS

Delivery times

Normal delivery times:
North Island - expected delivery is within 2 to 3 business days.
South Island - expect delivery is within 2 to 4 business days.
Rural delivery takes a little longer - expect delivery within 3 to 6 business days.

All parcels are sent via tracked courier using New Zealand Post. You will receive confirmation of your order with a tracking number. If there are any delays, please contact me at poetbotanicals@gmail.com and we'll follow it up for you.

International Shipping

We are currently reviewing our international shipping. At this time we're only shipping within New Zealand.

Returns Policy

We have a 30 day return policy meaning you must contact us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or full credit. Returning a product will be at the cost of the purchaser.
