Delivery times

Normal delivery times:
North Island - expected delivery is within 1 to 2 business days.
South Island - expect delivery is within 1 to 3 business days.
Rural delivery takes a little longer - expect delivery within 3 to 6 business days.

All parcels are sent via tracked courier using New Zealand Post. You will receive confirmation of your order with a tracking number. If there are any delays, please contact me at poetbotanicals@gmail.com and i'll follow it up for you.

International Shipping

We ship to Australia, United States, United Kingdom and Asia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Returns Policy

We have a 30 day return policy meaning you must contact us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or full credit. Returning a product will be at the cost of the purchaser.

Because poet. candles are hand-poured at a lower temperature to preserve the essential oils, a smooth finish is not always possible - each candle is unique and beautiful in its own right! This is not a flaw in the candle and will disappear once you start using it. Changes in temperature can also cause the wax to create what looks like wet spots; this is the wax shrinking away from the glass. Again, this is not considered a flaw and will disappear once the candle is used.
