Topical Magnesium Oil

Magnesium is an essential trace mineral, required for many of our body's processes, including muscle and nerve function, the control of blood glucose, regulation of blood pressure and brain development. Essential trace minerals can’t be produced by the body and must be found in food and/or supplementation. When we become deficient in magnesium we can suffer from muscle cramping or spasming, irritability and low mood, sugar cravings and it can effect our sleep.
Research shows that magnesium blocks N-methyl-D-aspartate (a receptor in your body that can hinder your sleep) and stimulates gamma-aminobutyric acid (a receptor that can promote good sleep). Magnesium oil on your feet could also help with certain sleep disturbances, such as nocturnal leg cramps and restless legs syndrome.
Applying magnesium directly onto the skin is an easy alternative to taking a supplement which can cause digestive issues for some. It means sore muscles and tired joints can be relieved quickly by applying the spray directly onto those problematic areas.
Magnesium oil is not actually an oil - once magnesium chloride is mixed with water it takes on an oil like texture and does feel like a very lightweight oil when you apply it.

Ingredients ~ Distilled purified water, magnesium chloride
Sizes ~ Available as a handy 10ml roller bottle (great for headache and migraine relief), 50ml travel size and 200ml spray mist bottle.
We use amber glass bottles which are recyclable and re-usable.

Use
We recommend two to three sprays on an area, up to three times a day. Spray directly onto clean skin - feet, stomach, directly onto tired muscles or restless legs, or where sore muscles are present. To help alleviate discomfort from headaches or migraines apply oil to back of neck or directly onto temples - you may find our magnesium roller easier to use for this application. Our magnesium oil absorbs easily but you can rub it in.
You may experience a tingling of the area sprayed - this usually reduces with continued use but please patch-test first.
Keep away from broken skin or sensitive areas (ie. under arms) as irritation may occur. Avoid contact with sheets, clothing, or other products until the magnesium oil is fully absorbed.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
