TOP NOTE

Mandarin (Citrus reticulata) ~ promotes a warm, relaxing environment, uplifting and calming, helpful in helping to soothe stress, low mood, nervous tension, irritability and sleeplessness.

Neroli (Citrus aurantium amara) ~ brings about a sense of peace and tranquillity. Great to use for anxiousness and panic, low mood, nervous tension, sleeplessness and emotional trauma or hysteria. It is sometimes called the ‘Rescue Remedy’ of essential oils.

HEART NOTE

Rose Geranium (Pelargonium roseum) ~ helps to promote relaxation and uplift mood. Often used in meditation or self-care rituals to promote emotional balance and self-love.

BASE NOTE

Jasmine (Jasminum sambac) ~ a natural anti-depressant, its uplifting scent can helep ease feelings of sadness or low energy. Gently stimulating to lift spirits while promoting openess, warmth and self-assurance.
