INGREDIENTS
Roman chamomile, organic (Anthem inobilis) ~ considered one of the most gentle essential oils (along with mandarin and lavender) and especially suited for use with children to soothe mind, body and skin issues. Also helpful for nervous tension, irritability and restlessness - helps calm the nerves and promote restful sleep.
Frankincense (Boswellia carteri) ~ known for its distinctive warm, spicy scent and profound effects on mind and body, Frankincense has a calming and opening effect on the mind, ideal during meditation or times of stress and anxiety.
New Zealand Lavender (Lavendula augustifolia) ~ calms nervous tension and acts as a gentle sedative to aid sleep and ease agitation and irritability. Perfect for stress and tension headaches. Promotes a calm and gentle atmosphere.
Mandarin (Citrus reticulata) ~ the sweet, uplifting scent of mandarin promotes a warm, relaxing environment.Great for soothing stress, low mood, nervous tension, irritability and sleeplessness.
Sweet Orange, organic (Citrus sinensis) ~ uplifting and calming, perfect to soothe stress, low mood, nervous tension and sleeplessness.
Jojoba oil (Simmondsia chinensis)
Fractionated coconut oil, organic & palm-free (Caprylic capric triglycerides)
